Panellised Units

Panellised Units are structural panels produced in a controlled environment and laser cut to project requirements, flat packed for transportation and then rapidly assembled on-site to produce a lock up structure – sometimes within one day.

Multihouse has particular expertise in new forms of Structural Insulated Panels, or SIPs, which typically consist of a high performance insulating core sandwiched between two structural outer layers, such as magnesium oxide board or oriented strand board. SIPs can offer incredible insulating properties, strength to weight ratios, fire retardation, construction efficiency and environmental performance.
